SHIPPING POLICY

At Booked & Spoiled, we take great care in packing your order so it arrives safely, beautifully, and ready to be enjoyed. Please read through our shipping information below before placing your order.

Processing Time

All orders are packed and dispatched within 1 to 2 working days after payment has been confirmed.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be affected by factors beyond our control, such as courier delays, peak periods, or public holidays.

Shipping Options

We currently offer the following delivery methods within South Africa:

1. To Your Door (Courier Delivery)

Delivered directly to your chosen address.
Once dispatched, delivery typically takes 3–5 working days, depending on your location.

2. PUDO Locker

Your order will be delivered to your selected PUDO locker for convenient collection.
Delivery time after dispatch is usually 3–5 working days.
You will receive an SMS with a PIN once your parcel is ready for collection.

3. Pargo Pickup Point

Your parcel will be delivered to your chosen Pargo collection point.
Delivery time after dispatch is usually 3–5 working days.
You will be notified by SMS or email when your parcel is ready for collection.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive tracking details via email or SMS, depending on the courier selected, so you can follow your parcel’s journey.

Delivery Responsibility

Booked & Spoiled is not responsible for delays once the parcel has been handed over to the third-party courier.
Please ensure that your delivery details are accurate at checkout, as we cannot be held liable for orders delivered to incorrectly supplied addresses.
